Booking

• Looking to immerse yourself in the Infinima Spa experience? It's straightforward – simply click the "book online" button or dial 418-651-0001. When booking your appointment, we will request a credit card number to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• We understand unforeseen circumstances might prevent you from honoring your appointment. If you need to change or cancel your booking, we allow cancellations without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Should you cancel after this period, 50% of your reservation's value will be charged to your credit card or deducted from any gift certificate you may have.

Arrival Time

• Please kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives you ample time to complete our brief questionnaire and start unwinding before your treatment.

Tipping

• A box is available at the entrance for tips intended for your massage therapist or beautician. Should you wish to use it, envelopes will be provided at the reception.

Health Break

• All our treatments and packages include a health break consisting of fresh fruits, cheese, and biscuits, complemented with herbal tea or fruit juice.

Courtesy Fee

• Every treatment and package booking includes a courtesy fee of 1% + taxes. This fee underscores our commitment to delivering a comprehensive well-being experience for all our clients. It covers the provision and renewal of linens, towels, robes, and sandals, as well as essential supplies for top-quality care. This fee aids us in ensuring that your visit always meets your expectations.

Insurance Receipt

• At Infinima Spa, our massage therapists are certified and can therefore provide insurance receipts. Did you know some insurance companies reimburse up to 100% of the costs incurred for a massage? Please check with your insurer!

Free External Parking

• Situated near Sainte-Foy Road, Infinima Spa offers ample free outdoor parking. This means no additional parking costs and no long walks to enter Infinima’s haven!

Supplied Material

• Upon your arrival, a locker key will be provided. Each locker contains a large towel and a robe. If you've opted for access to the Infinima Hammam, we'll provide you with slippers. Furthermore, our changing rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, a flat iron, and all necessary shower products.

Customers Under 18

• At Infinima Spa, individuals under 18 can avail of treatments. If you fall into this category, please call us to book a preferably early-week morning appointment. Note: Minors must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.

Pregnancy Massage

• At Spa Infinima, massages for pregnant women are offered starting from the 12th week of pregnancy, ensuring the safety and comfort of both mother and child. Our therapists, trained in pregnancy-specific techniques, are committed to providing tailored and safe care. Open communication with our clients is encouraged to personalize the massage experience. We ensure adherence to safety and well-being standards, while being attentive to the individual needs of each client.
