How to Book

You would like to experience Infinima? Just call us, at 418-651-0001. When booking, you will be asked to provide us with your credit card number to ensure your reservation is guaranteed

Cancellation Policy

Can’t make it to your appointment? You may cancel your reservation free of charge by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation is given within 48 hours of the reservation, your credit card or gift certificate will be charged 25% of the treatments reserved. Such policy is applied as we strive to offer our clients maximum availability.

Time of Arrival

You are kindly asked to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This way, you will have the time to fill out the Infinima questionnaire and to start relaxing even before we start taking care of you!

Tips

There is a box in the lobby where you can leave your massage therapist or beautician tips. Should you wish to use it, envelopes will be given to you at the reception desk.

Health Break

Health break is included with all of our treatments. Enjoy fresh fruit, cheese, and sweet biscuits, with herbal tea or juice to top it off.

Insurance Receipt

Infinima’s massage therapists are certified and, as such, may provide you with insurance receipts. Did you know that some insurance companies reimburse up to 100% of massage costs? Make sure you check with your insurance company!

Rules

In order to ensure both your and other clients’ relaxation, you are asked to speak low in our relaxation rooms and in the Infinima Hammam.

Free Outside Parking

Well situated on Chemin Sainte-Foy, Infinima has a large, free outside parking. That way, you won’t have to pay to park your car, or walk long distances to make it to the Infinima paradise!

What’s Provided?

Upon your arrival, you will be given a locker key. In your locker, you will find 1 large towel and 1 Infinima bath robe. Did you choose to have access to the Infinima Hammam? Sandals, as well as an Infinima water bottle will also be provided to you if it’s your first session at the Hammam. Finally, you will find all you need in our changing rooms: hairdryer, curling iron, and all the necessary products for showering.

Clients Under 18

At Infinima, those under 18 may also benefit from our treatments. If your are under 18 and wish to make an appointment, contact us so that we can schedule your appointment in the morning and at the beginning of the week, if possible. Please note that minors must be accompanied by an adult on their visit.
